Schedule of Availability of Service:
  • Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm without lunch break.
Who May Avail of the Service:
  • Individuals or parties to a case who needs certification of OSG's receipt of court decisions/orders and /or certified true copy of originals of said decisions/orders.
Requirements:
  • Valid I.D. and Authority to transact (for walk-in clients)
  • Letter Request
  • Postal Money Order
  • Bank Receipt of Deposit Made (for requesting clients at the provinces)
Duration:
  • 20 minutes (for walk-in clients)
  • 3 days (for requesting clients at the provinces)
