OSG FRONTLINE SERVICE

Schedule of Availability of Service: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm without lunch break

Who May Avail of the Service: Individuals or parties to a case who needs certification of OSG’s receipt of court decisions/orders and /or certified true copy of originals of said decisions/orders

What are the Requirements:

Ø  Valid I.D. and Authority to transact (for walk-in clients)

Ø  Letter Request, Postal Money Order, and Bank Receipt of Deposit Made (for requesting clients at the provinces)

Duration:

Ø  40 minutes (for walk-in clients)

Ø  2-3 days (for requesting clients at the provinces)

Step 1:Secure a verification slip from the Public Assistance Desk and fill-up the required details.

Check if all fields required in the verification slip are properly filled up.

Step 2:Proceed to the Docket Reviewing Window for verification of the case and processing of the requested certification.

Verify record with the concerned legal division or handling lawyer or the latter’s secretary.

  1. Properly accomplished case verification slip
  2. Authority to transact duly signed by the head of the agency or office requesting for the certification
  3. Valid office I.D.

Step 3:Pay the required fee for the issuance of the certification at the Cash Division.

Process payment and issue Official Receipt (O.R.) of payment.

  1. Certificate of receipt of decision: P100
  2. Certified true copy of original: P5 per page certified plus P10 per page photocopied by the Office

Step 4:Present the Official Receipt of Payment at the Docket Receiving Window for the release of the requested certification.

  1. Procedure for Requesting Clients at the Provinces

Step 1:Write a letter stating the type of certification being requested addressed to the Solicitor General c/o Docket Management Service, Office of the Solicitor General, 134 Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City 1229.

 

To expedite the process, please provide the following information:

  1. Case number
  2. Title of the case
  3. Purpose of request
  4. Client’s contact number

Verify record with the concerned legal division or handling lawyer or the latter’s secretary.

 

 

 

 

Step 2:After the Docket Management Service has verified your request, either through a reply letter or phone call, send your payment through postal money order or furnish this Office with a copy of the receipt of your deposit to OSG’s account with Land Bank of the Philippines Paseo de Roxas Branch with account number 001802-1016-23.

 

Upon receipt of your postal money order or bank receipt of deposit, the Office will process your request and will send the certification through postage.

Inform client of status and availability of requested document.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Office releases the requested certification through mail.
